REGISTERING
Please contact us in the first instance, to make sure the class you wish to register for is not full (see waiting lists below). Once you have spoken to us, we may suggest that you come to the next Saturday class. You can bring your completed form along instead of posting it back to us in this case.
A booking form must be completed and signed for each student. A booking form is downloadable from the 'documents & policies' page, which can be reached by clicking on this link, and will be included in the information pack that will be sent if you have requested one.

Please remember that we cannot accept your child without a fully completed booking form, even for an initial trial lesson (for health & safety and insurance reasons).
Complete all sections of the booking form, especially the 2nd Contact Information and Medical Information. We must have a 2nd contact in the unlikely event of an emergency, and if we are unaware of medical or special needs, no matter how trivial, we cannot adapt our teaching methods as necessary, which could result in your child not enjoying themselves as much as they could - but more importantly, your child may not be covered under our insurance.
WAITING LISTS
If your preferred class is full, and you choose to register on a waiting list, still return your booking form. We will give you an approximate date when a space will become available when you register on our waiting list.
