BOOKING PROCEDURE

For all other classes, our enrolment/trial days are held on specific days during the term, so please telephone in the first instance to ensure that the class you wish to join is not full and for details of the next available enrolment day.

Please note we cannot accept your child without a fully completed booking form, even for an initial trial lesson (for health & safety and insurance reasons). Please complete and sign a booking form for each child, and send them back to us at the address on the front of the form. A booking form is downloadable from the 'documents & policies' page, which can be reached by clicking on this link, and will be included in the information pack that will be sent if you have requested one.

Complete all sections of the booking form, especially the 2nd Contact Information and Medical Information. We must have a 2nd contact in the unlikely event of an emergency, and if we are unaware of medical or special needs, no matter how trivial, we cannot adapt our teaching methods as necessary, which could result in your child not enjoying themselves as much as they could - but more importantly, your child may not be covered under our insurance.

We will confirm when we receive your booking form(s), and let you know when to come along.

WAITING LISTS

If there is a waiting list for the class you wish to join, you must return your booking form to secure a place on the waiting list.  We will try to give you an approximate date when a space will become available when you register on our waiting list.
