1. Razzle Dazzle Stage School is for children aged 2 to 16.  Follow this link to the Classes page to find out more.

4. We offer the first session on a trial basis. For early years and 7–16's, you do not need to pay anything until your second week1. For our 2 – 4 year old Diddy Dazzlers, you pay for the first week and if you like it, you pay for the rest of the term the following week.1

5. We mean the duration of all the lessons - so the 7–16's morning session would be all 3 hours.

6. We do not offer the facility to pay weekly, but you can spread the cost over two or five instalments2, and can pay by credit or debit card3 - our payment terms are detailed on the Classes page.

7. Yes, we offer free sessions for introducing friends/family to us4 - Follow this link to find out more about our Introduce A Friend Scheme.  We also offer other discounts depending on which class your child is enrolling in - check the Classes page for discounts applicable to you.

8. When you make a booking with us, we are guaranteeing that; a place will be held with us and no other child will take that place; and that a teacher will be available to teach your child on each day that you have booked. If your child is no longer enjoying themselves and is reluctant to come along after being previously enthusiastic, we have found that this is often down to peer pressure. Hopefully once the situation has been discussed with us, we would be able to adjust our teaching techniques which would refocus and re-lighten your child's enthusiasm. If it becomes necessary for you to cancel, we are happy to issue a refund for a cancellation given with enough notice, but unfortunately we cannot issue refunds for cancellations given at short notice. 11. All of our teachers are experienced and have relevant qualifications in the discipline that they teach. We obtain an Enhanced Criminal Records Bureau disclosure for all our staff, and we license all our teachers as Chaperones through the Local County Council. We apply pre-employment screening procedures to confirm the qualifications, experience and suitability of our teachers, and every member of staff is covered by our public liability insurance.
