WHO ARE RAZZLE DAZZLE?
TARA WEBSTER ATCL
PRINCIPAL
Tara’s professional musical career began at the BBC, where her talents saw her quickly promoted to the youngest BBC Radio Producer for Schools Radio there had been. She wrote and produced many musical productions for stars of the time and moved into Television for a number of years before concentrating on her passion, teaching.
Tara has worked as the musical director for numerous well known theatre schools and is an accomplished musician in her own right. Having studied music since the age of seven she has achieved distinctions at the highest level in numerous musical disciplines.
Tara is well known for her work as a vocal teacher in Primary and Secondary Schools and teaches a wide range of instruments from the piano through most woodwind and strings, not forgetting voice. Tara is an Associate Teacher of the Trinity College and Guildhall School of Music and Drama in London and continues her studies for Licentiateship. Tara is a qualified First Aider and has also successfully completed the NSPCC Child Protection Awareness course.

TEACHERS
All our teachers are CRB (police) checked and are licensed chaperones. We ensure they have relevant professional experience in the discipline they teach, and also teaching experience with children - they are not just actors, singers or dancers doing a spot of teaching! |

You are also welcome to view any of our other policies - we have in-place a full set of working practice documents and polices that you would expect from any professional organisation.
Razzle Dazzle Stage School and all its teachers have full Public Liability insurance. You are welcome to inspect the School's insurance policy documents at any time.
There is always at least one qualified first aider available during all classes and a number of teaching assistants are usually present during each class.
Razzle Dazzle Stage School is a member of The Society of Teachers of Speech and Drama.
REBECCA FOWLER I.S.T.D. FDI (Modern Theatre, Tap, Jazz)
DANCE TEACHER
Rebecca has been dancing since the age of two, where she trained at Hildale Academy of Performing Arts. She achieved her Foundation in Dance Instruction at Tiffany Theatre College, and now continues her training at the Anthony Clifford Dance studio where she will shortly finish her Certificate in Dance Education.
Rebecca is a bubbly and enthusiastic individual. She is passionate about dance and teaches at several dance schools around Essex. Rebecca is experienced at teaching the ISTD syllabus to both children and adults, preparing them for examination success. She has choreographed many shows and displays in the local area, with her remarkable choreography skills keeping her in demand.
Rebecca is a professional performer and her performance credits include: “Fame”, “One Night Broadway”, variety shows at Her Majesty’s Theatre in the West End and regular shows at the Civic Theatre in Chelmsford.
LOUISA-MARIE HUNT BA (Hons)
DRAMA TEACHER
Louisa-Marie holds a Post Graduate in Acting and Musical Theatre from H.T.S and a BA HONS in Performing Arts from Middlesex University. Since graduating she has appeared in Plays, Pantomime and Musicals all over Great Britain and Ireland.
Her full list of credits are too many and varied to list, but include stage, television and short films, and, to mention a few: Honey Tooks in 'The Mating Game', The Island Princess in Treasure Island, Jessica in 'Brilliant The Dinosaur', Hermia in 'A Midsummer Nights Dream', Quangle Wangle in 'Owl and Pussycat', Nicki in 'Shakers', Morgiana in 'Ali Baba', The Blue Fairy in 'Pinocchio' and Maid Marion in 'Robin Hood'.
Louisa-Marie is also co-producer of her own theatre company and has a wealth of experienced as a teacher of both drama and dance and has taught at many leading stage schools throughout the country.
FAYE LOUISE ALDRICH Dip ABRSM Cert Ed GSMD
VOCAL COACH
Faye trained at both the Junior and Senior departments of the Guildhall School of Music and Drama, where she achieved diplomas in saxophone and flute performance as well as vocal and musical education training. As a teenager Faye was a member and youth ambassador for the National Youth Music Theatre of Great Britain, this gave her the opportunity to perform in some very exciting venues including performing for the Royal Family in Buckingham Palace and on Blue Peter for the BBC.
Faye has a vast experience of vocal coaching professional West End performers and teaching students of all ages, privately and in schools. Faye is an enthusiastic and skilled singing teacher and really enjoys helping people to feel excited about singing.

JULIE CRUTCHFIELD BA Dance
DANCE TEACHER
Julie is an experienced dancer having performed and choreographed shows and competitions throughout Europe and America, not forgetting to mention some of the most prestigious Theatres in London’s West End. Julie has been teaching both children and adults for over 10 years now, and also coaches Cheerleading.
Julie is a member of the British Theatre Dance Association and as well as working for Razzle Dazzle, Julie teaches at primary schools and other Stage & Theatre schools throughout the area, and although her teaching keeps her pretty busy, she enjoys swimming and loves nothing better than an old Hollywood musical!
